NATIONAL CONSITUTION: INSPIRATION
- PREAMBLE
INSPIRATION was established by a group of professional young people who are pastors, businessmen, IT-intellectuals and community leaders to respond to the challenges faced in South Africa with respect to education, health, social, human resource development, job creation and the equipping of disadvantaged communities especially those affected with HIV and AIDS.

3. AREA OF OPERATION
The area of operation shall be within South Africa and other African countries.
4. INDEPENDENT IDENTITIES
The organization shall:
4.1 Exist in its own right separately from its members.
4.2 Exist even when its membership changes and there are different office bearers.
4.3 Be able to acquire & control own property and other possessions.
4.4 Be able to sue or be sued in its own name
5. OBJECTIVES
5.1 OVERALL OBJECTIVES
To co-ordinate and facilitate empowerment of disadvantaged communities through donations of basic needs as well as through acquisition, implementation and control of basic life skills development programmes and services.
5.2 SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
To facilitate the development of economic structure and job opportunities in South Africa and beyond through liaison with domestic government and international partners, focusing mainly on children, youth, and the elderly people who are the least active members of the communities though job creation and entrepreneurship programmes for the unemployed.
5.2.1 EDUCATION
* To facilitate the development and establishment of bursary Schemes for the less privileged.
* To co-ordinate support to Aids victims with adequate information as well as the provision of equipment and supplies of healthy food and anti-retroviral drugs for HIV and AIDS.
5.2.2 HEALTH
* To promote health through the provision / conducting of health education sessions, using community structures (i.e. children, women, business people, clergy youth and community leaders etc).
* To establish health facilities in the areas of need.
* To promote sex education, counseling, home based care system for people living with HIV / AIDS through innovative strategies.
* To liaise and cooperate with hospices, clinics, health and medical practitioners in the treatment of AIDS patients.
* To work in collaboration with people of other faith and religions.
5.2.3 SOCIAL SERVICE
* To co-ordinate social support for marginalized individuals (abandoned children, abused children, abused women, orphans, AIDS victims, homeless people and elderly etc).
* To liaise with other NGOs, the CBOs and relevant government departments in establishing homes for orphans of AIDS deceased parents.
* To provide meaningful support to re-habilitation centers and prisons through adequate counseling and other life equipping activities.
5.2.4 JOB CREATION / ENTREPRENEURSHIP
* To organize / develop programmes / projects to help fight poverty in South Africa and beyond.
* To train students, out of school youth and unemployed in entrepreneurial skills and assist them to start their own businesses.
